Initial consultation

Ready to level up your fitness game? Did you know HILAC gym members are entitled to a complimentary initial consultation & personalised exercise program to kickstart your exercise journey!

Wondering what happens during this consultation? It’s your chance to meet one-on-one with one of our qualified and experienced trainers. We’ll deep dive into your goals, past fitness endeavours and any limitations you might have. Plus, we’ll chat about your exercise preferences, and even take optional body measurements if you’re keen on tracking progress. We’ll then take you through a short movement screen, so come dressed in your workout gear; but don’t worry, the whole process is quick and easy, taking no more than 30 minutes!

Speaking of goals, our trainers are goal-setting gurus! Together, we’ll map out realistic yet challenging milestones to keep you motivated and on track. Whatever you want to achieve, we’ve got your back!

Based on our discussion, your dedicated coach will craft a tailor-made exercise program designed specifically for you. It’s all about hitting your targets in the most effective and enjoyable way possible. And fear not, we’ll schedule a follow up appointment to guide you through each exercise, ensuring you’re comfortable and confident with your personalised routine.

That’s not a problem. HILAC offer a program reviewal every 6 weeks!

There are many benefits to having your gym program updated every 6-8 weeks.
Nothing is worse than getting bored of what you are doing. if you are feeling as your exercise feels like a job and is becoming super repetitive, it may be time to update your program and change up your routine a little.
The human body is incredibly adaptable, it requires variety and ongoing progression as without this, you will find we plateau in our strength gains.
Our trainers are qualified in tailoring a program specifically to you, for your goals and needs, (big or small!)
